The ALLIANCE project aims to strengthen VET institutions in Albania and Kosovo by fostering international cooperation, building institutional capacity, and promoting digital innovation. Our goal is to align vocational education with European standards and expand opportunities for students and educators.

Enhancing institutional capacity in VET
ALLIANCE supports VET schools in strengthening their internal structures and international engagement. By establishing International Offices and offering training in project management, mobility, and strategic planning, the project empowers institutions to operate more effectively and align with EU education standards.
Promoting Inclusive and Digital Education
Through targeted training and resource development, the project promotes modern teaching approaches that are both inclusive and digitally driven. ALLIANCE aims to ensure that no learner is left behind by encouraging accessibility, diversity, and digital competence in VET classrooms.
Fostering Regional and EU-Wide Collaboration
By building strong partnerships between institutions in Albania, Kosovo, Greece, and Germany, ALLIANCE fosters cross-border cooperation and shared learning. These connections lay the foundation for sustainable collaboration, mobility, and innovation in vocational education across Europe.
