Work Packages

The ALLIANCE project is structured around five Work Packages (WPs). Each one is designed to support the project’s goals: strengthening VET systems in Albania and Kosovo, building capacity, and ensuring long-term impact.

WP1: Project Management & Coordination

Leader: AKMI (Greece)
Ensures effective coordination, timely implementation, financial and administrative management of the project across all partners.

WP2: Needs Analysis & Strategy Development

Leader: BK Consult (Germany)
Carries out detailed mapping of the current VET systems in Albania and Kosovo, identifies gaps, and develops strategic operational protocols.

WP3: Capacity Building & Digital Resources

Leader: DIAN (Greece)
Delivers training to VET teachers and staff. Develops and launches the MOOC platform and e-learning resources.

WP4: Setup of International Offices

Leader: Albanian Skills (Albania)
Establishes International Offices in 5 VET schools across Albania and Kosovo. Supports their initial operations and peer-learning activities.

WP5: Dissemination & Exploitation

Leader: EVBB (Germany)
Handles visibility, outreach, sustainability, and EU branding. Includes social media, events, the website, and result promotion across Europe.
