Alliance project Progress Meeting
On September 4th, 2026, a progress meeting of the Alliance Project was held, focusing on the latest developments and upcoming activities within the project.
During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 – An update was provided on the overall progress and the activities implemented so far.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 & 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 – The educational materials developed within the project, as well as the project platform, were presented and discussed.
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐯𝐨 & 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 – Plans for upcoming workshops to present the educational materials to experts in Kosovo and Albania were discussed.
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬 – Preliminary ideas and arrangements for the Training of Trainers planned for October were discussed, including potential logistical considerations.
In terms of 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡:
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 – The importance of promoting the project website and sharing project activities and results online was highlighted.
𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 – Continued promotion through social media channels was discussed as an important step towards increasing the visibility and outreach of the project.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review ongoing activities and outline the next steps for the upcoming implementation period.
