The 2nd Transnational Project Meeting of the ALLIANCE project took place on 29–30 September 2026 in Tirana, Albania, hosted by the Tirana College of Technology.
The two-day meeting brought together all project partners to review progress, consolidate ongoing work and coordinate the next phase of implementation.
Key topics on the agenda included:
- Project progress, interim reporting and quality assurance;
- Finalisation of WP3 learning content and adaptation activities;
- MOOC integration and testing;
- Preparation of the Training of Trainers;
- Transition from WP3 to WP4 – Pilot Operation of the International Offices;
- Preparation for the set-up and launch of five International Offices;
- Transferability and cooperation at national and regional levels.
A particular focus of the meeting was the next implementation phase, where the International Offices will strengthen institutional capacity, networking, cooperation with stakeholders and the development of new European project initiatives. The meeting also provides an important opportunity for partners to exchange experiences, coordinate responsibilities and agree on the next actions needed to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of the ALLIANCE project.
